If you’ve ever wondered how I actually train, this is your chance to follow along.

The TOUGH Athletic Physique Team gives you access to the structured workouts I use to build strength, conditioning, and a powerful athletic physique. Each week you’ll follow a version of the same training split I use myself — adapted so that anyone committed to improving their body and performance can keep up.

This program is designed for people who want more than random workouts. You’ll be following a structured system focused on building an athletic, capable body — not just chasing a pump.
